creative wedding photography

Sometimes all it takes is a vision. An idea, a feeling you imagine for your wedding day. And then plenty of dedication to bring that vision to life. Kayla & Matt truly created their wedding day from the ground up…

Every part of the wedding day was hand crafted by Kayla and brought to life by family and friends. Kayla’s sister wove braids and curls into the girls hair, topped by beautiful handmade flower crowns. Boxes and bins of hand crafted decor and personalized details appeared the morning of the wedding day to decorate the venue. Hours and hours of planning and creativity behind it. All for one day to celebrate something beautiful.

A friend led the ceremony readings. Instead of exchanging rings, Kayla & Matt drew rings on each other’s finger in permanent marker, to be replaced later by permanent ink. Afterwards we ventured off to a nearby river for a little creative wedding photography and finally celebrated with all their wedding guests at the reception. A little vision for one perfect day. The beginning of something great.
